Jason Lafferty

Jason Lafferty is currently the UX Lead at Digital Barriers, focusing on enhancing user experience through strategic design and implementation. Previously, Jason served as a Senior Web Developer and UX Designer at Digital Barriers from 2016 to 2020, where they led efforts in information architecture and user experience. Before that, they held the position of Senior Web Developer at CYBG PLC, managing a team to drive online excellence and best practices from 2014 to 2016. Jason also gained early experience as a Camp Counselor at Sandy Hill Camp and Retreat Center in 2006, where they were responsible for the wellbeing of children and helped organize various classes.
