Paul Garcha

Paul Garcha has extensive work experience, starting in 2010 as a Graduate Accounts Assistant at Interserve. Paul went on to work as a Trainee Area Manager at ALDI Stores before moving to EY as an Audit Executive in 2011. In 2015, Paul worked as a Group Project Accountant at IMI and was later promoted to Group Management Accountant. Paul joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2018 as an Accounting Manager (MENA Region). Paul co-founded Aiyle in 2021 and served as its Co-Founder until September 2022. Paul worked as a Financial Controller at Digital Barriers from November 2021 till April 2023 before being promoted to Group Financial Controller.

Paul Garcha pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2010. After completing their undergraduate degree, they went on to study Chartered Accountancy from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs from 2011 to 2014.
