Alf N. has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Alf is currently serving as the Head of Projects Portfolio at Digital Catapult, where they manage the implementation of the company's strategic goals and oversees the delivery of the entire project portfolio. Alf is responsible for evaluating progress, managing risks and issues, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to governance and management processes. Prior to this, Alf held the position of Programme Manager at Digital Catapult, focusing on AI and DLT/Blockchain project management strategies. Alf has also worked as a Project Manager at Digital Catapult, where they managed Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects. Before joining Digital Catapult, Alf served as the Portfolio Team Leader at Motability Operations and as the Programme Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. Alf has also held roles as a Senior Project Manager at Ricoh Global Services, an IS Project Manager at Bombardier Transportation, the Head of Project Management at Comwell Systems Solutions, a Senior IS Project Manager at Nike Europe, and a Systems Analyst at Tetra Pak.

Alf N. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lund, Sweden, from 1985 to 1989. Alf has also acquired additional certifications, including Agile Practitioner certification from APMG International and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management certification from lynda.com. Alf also holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from OCG.
