Joe Barrett

Joe Barrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Digital Catapult since March 2022, and a Senior Consultant at Jogto Management since April 2021, Joe has previously held significant roles including Senior Programme Director at Lumen Technologies, where leadership of PMO across EMEA was a key responsibility. With a solid foundation in project delivery, exemplified by roles such as Senior Director of Network Consolidation at Level 3 Communications and General Manager at IX Reach, Joe has successfully managed operations, strategy development, and customer project management teams throughout their career. Joe holds an MSc in Purchasing & Supply Chain from London Metropolitan University, an MSc in Telecommunications/Electronics, and an MBA in International Management from the University of East London.
