Stephen Tolfree

Stephen Tolfree is a senior policy advisor and executive coach who has spent their career working in the UK government. Stephen has defended UK markets against EU threats, designed funding systems for Scottish devolution and social care, and is an expert on financial market infrastructure and funding aspects of local government, pensions, devolution, criminal justice, and outsourcing. Stephen is currently employed in an unknown role at Digital Catapult.

Stephen Tolfree has a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Otago, a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, and certification from The Whole Partnership LLP in Systemic Leadership Coaching & Constellations: Practitioner Programme, Centre for Systemic Constellations in Foundation Training in Systemic Constellations, and AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.
