Tim Mathias

Tim Mathias is an experienced Electrical Design Engineer at Digital Concepts, Inc., specializing in the design of motor controllers for fitness equipment since April 2024. As the CEO and Owner of Mathias Electric LLC since January 2021, Tim has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior roles include Firmware Engineer and Electrical Engineer at Basler from March 2018 to April 2024, and Control Systems Engineer at Amsted Rail, where Tim focused on troubleshooting controls and implementing RFID systems. Earlier experiences also include serving as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and working as a Bicycle Mechanic. Tim holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on DSP/Image Processing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned between 2015 and 2019.
