📽️🎧💡 FREELANCE | CONTRACT | PERMANENT | VIRTUAL | HYBRID | LIVE EVENTS 💡🎧📽️

Hello! We are Digital Concrete, a progressive, intuitive and intelligent recruitment consultancy that specialises in supplying engineers and technicians for AV and technical productions within corporate live events.

Built from the ground up by Yvonne Jacobs, who has over 25 years experience in this very niche sector, Digital Concrete does recruitment differently. That may seem like big talk for an agency the size of ours, but when you’re looking for quality over quantity, the truth rings loud and clear – we believe technicians are more than just auto-generated CVs and a list of traits or experience, and we know there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to finding that perfect candidate or freelancer.

When it comes to understanding your needs and identifying exactly what you’re looking for, Digital Concrete raises the industry standard and then sets its sights even higher. Because when active and intuitive recruitment is done right, it clicks – just like good tech does ✨

If you’re looking for unique, insightful and effective recruitment to help you find the perfect addition to your event or production team, or take the next steps in your AV career, get in touch with us today. Let’s have a conversation 😊
