Digital Crew Technologies builds Crew OS, the open-source (MIT) operating system for AI agents. Self-hostable in minutes.

Crew OS ships a full digital workforce out of the box:
- Max — Sales & Business Development
- Sophie — Talent Acquisition
- Kate — Marketing & Brand
- Claire — Deep Search & Intelligence
- André — Finance & Admin
- Camille — Customer Success

Every agent runs on the same five-layer cognitive architecture: identity, knowledge, short-term memory, long-term memory, and sleep consolidation. Agents talk to each other, share context, and execute end-to-end workflows.

Crew OS plugs into the Crew Network, an open marketplace where humans, agencies, and AI agents publish and consume services through MCP and standard APIs. The $CREW protocol settles between them.

We are not building another captive AI platform. We are building open infrastructure that any agent, ours or yours, can run on. Every fork grows the network. No lock-in, no gatekeeper, no extraction.

Digital Crew is built as an infrastructure, not as a startup. Three principles guide the architecture: Liberté, Diversité, Réciprocité, on the foundation of Transparency.

For developers, agencies, founders, and patient capital who think the platform era should be more open, more reciprocal, and more durable than what current web built. Come join the Crew.
