I have worked with some of the largest corporates in the world, tackling complex problems. Having learned the value of listening over talking, I have made profound differences in every company I have engaged with.

Focused on automotive, I have expertise in all aspects of mobility and can support multiple disciplines at all levels, from c-suite to operational teams. I am appointed to multiple boards, from franchise dealer groups to large PLC’s, as well as supporting a number of start-ups and scale-ups in this space as Executive or Non-Executive Director.

I am appointed to multiple boards, from franchise dealer groups to large PLC’s, and also support a number of technology start-ups and scale-ups in both an Executive and Non-Executive capacity.

I advise VC and PE firms focused on companies in the automotive industry; technology, market dynamics, industry strategy, competitive landscape, performance, and investment opportunities.

I support foreign companies to set up UK Operations; hiring teams, establishing entities, regulatory frameworks, financial services, product localisation, GTM strategy, distribution, partnership sales, and GDPR compliance.

With a background in accounting and finance I work with businesses to reduce cost and complexity, organise their procurement and manage their contractual relationships to deliver a much higher ROI.

I have established new boards for founders looking to exit in 3-5 years, helping them appoint operational expertise to maximise valuation at exit, in addition to governance, and due diligence preparation.

I also leverage my network to headhunt individuals for roles that are not openly published.

Whether you want to buy, grow, or sell an automotive business, physical or digital, I can support you in achieving your goals.
