Kay Lot

Kay Lot was born in Cambodia and is a career accountant. His serious career started as Head of Finance at Standard Chartered Bank Cambodia in 1999, moving through the ranks of Head of Service Delivery, then Head of Treasury, till 2002; and later spent 10 years (2003 to 2012) at Cellcard, the largest mobile telecommunication company in Cambodia, serving 6 years as CFO and last 4 years as COO. Before joining Cellcard in 2003, Mr. Lot was engaged to lead a 11-month project to startup a new commercial bank: Vattanac Bank. During his time at Cellcard, Mr. Lot also led a few other startup projects: Cambodian Television Network (CTN), Infinity General Insurance, Cellcard Cash which later acquired Wing Money.
