Sheila Ndubi

Sheila Ndubi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi. With extensive experience in the field, Sheila currently serves as a Compensation and Benefits Officer at Digital Divide Data, where responsibilities include planning and implementing compensation packages, payroll management, and conducting HR audits. Previously, Sheila worked at BIG SQUARE KENYA- INTERSTRAT LTD, progressing from Recruitment Officer to Senior Payroll Administrator and gaining expertise in HR generalist functions, performance management, and compliance.
