Sopheap Im

Sopheap Im serves as DDD’s Executive Director.

She started her first job at DDD in 2004 as an associate in the work-study program. One year later, she rose to first line manager and managed the Battambang office. The number of staff had grown from from 20 to 150 by the time she left in 2011.

Sopheap graduated from Portland State University with a master's degree in international development. She returned to DDD in 2013 and has since taken on different managerial roles.
