Steve Larson

Steve Larson is Chief Operating Officer at DDD, responsible for leading the company’s business operations globally, executing DDD’s business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide across operations, HR, IT, and facilities. Steve’s background includes 25 years of experience in the BPO industry, including leadership roles in operations, technology, human resources, and finance. Steve’s vast experience across multiple BPO solutions and client industries is centered on building and leading highly-efficient, data-driven, and scalable operations with an engaged and purpose-driven workforce. Prior to DDD, Steve was the Vice President of Global Delivery at Conduent, with overall delivery leadership responsibility for employees spanning 17 countries supporting over 200 clients and $400 million in annual revenues. Prior to joining Conduent in 2012, Steve held various BPO leadership roles at Aon Hewitt (now Alight Solutions). In addition to leading DDD’s global operations, Steve volunteers at the Food Bank of South Jersey and Cathedral Kitchen, addressing the food insecurity pandemic by providing over 100,000 meals each year to under-privileged families in his local community.

Steve graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in human resources and finance. Steve also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in Boston, MA and completed the Lean Executive Program from Lean Consulting Associates in Chicago, IL.
