Samuel Fasanya

Samuel Fasanya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of information security, graphic design, and web development. Samuel currently works as an Information Security Analyst and GRC Advisory at Digital Encode Limited since January 2023. Prior to this, Samuel worked as a Creative Designer at Oasys Digital where they collaborated with other designers to create designs for events and websites, and also built brand consistency in social media messages. Samuel has also served as a Graphic Designer at Educate Nigeria Foundation and Palm-Olive Consult Int'l, where they created designs for educational materials and collaborated with a creative team for marketing projects. Samuel has gained experience as a Design Trainee at Zuri Team, conducting user research and developing style guidelines for web content. Additionally, they have worked as a Course Instructor and IT Support at AMS Computers and as a Python Trainee at Bincom ICT Solutions. Earlier in their career, Samuel served as a Student Intern at Osun State Property Development Corporation and as a Computer Operator at Bestway Global Computers.

Samuel Fasanya completed their Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Osun State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in different fields. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User, ALX Virtual Assistant Course_Honors, and The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Color for Design and Art, Creative Collaboration, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, Graphic Design Foundations: Typography, Graphic Design Foundations: Layout and Composition, Introduction to Graphic Design: Concepts, Basics of Graphic design, Graphic Design Careers: First Steps, and Jobberman Soft Skills Course. Samuel also completed a Jobberman Soft Skills Training in 2021. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design.
