Rob Friedman is the Co-Founder, Vice Chairman & EVP at Digital Envoy. Rob has over 25 years of experience in technology law and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Digital Envoy, Rob was the General Counsel at Arris for 4 years, where they were responsible for negotiations, strategic alliances, technology licensing and partnerships, as well as corporate governance. Rob has also served as Senior Counsel for Nortel Networks' broadband group. Prior to their work in the private sector, Rob served as an attorney for Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis and Kilpatrick Stockton, where they focused on mergers and acquisitions, technology law and licensing, and tax law.

Rob Friedman received their Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
