Otto Virta

Otto Virta serves as the Head of Design and Head of UX at Naveo Commerce since February 2010, focusing on empowering smarter consumer practices. Additionally, Otto holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Founder at Neubit Oy since May 2020. Previous roles include Regional Coordinator for Europe at IxDA from June 2019 to March 2022, and The Fixer for the Primer Conference in 2018. Otto also contributed as The Fixer for Interaction 16, a sold-out conference featuring diverse speakers. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Design & Development and Managing Director at Kuvio Helsinki from August 2003 to February 2010 and working as a Designer at Fakiirimedia Oy from April 2001 to June 2003. Otto's educational background culminated in a PhD in Intergalactic Space Travel completed in 2007.
