Ryan Owen

Ryan Owen serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Digital Green since November 2023 and has co-owned Pickwick Places Airbnbs since October 2019, where Ryan manages successful short-term rentals and commercial units with Amanda Owen. Previously, Ryan held the role of Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Fair Trade USA from February 2021 to November 2023, and Ryan was an adjunct faculty member at Drury University, contributing to the Master's program in Nonprofit and Civic Leadership. Ryan's extensive nonprofit experience includes leadership roles at Heifer International, Children International, and The Rainbow Network, where Ryan focused on philanthropy, major gifts, and community development initiatives. Ryan co-founded Homegrown Food in 2010 to enhance local food systems in Springfield, Missouri. An educational background that includes degrees from Vanderbilt University, Cornell University, and multiple other institutions underpins Ryan's expertise in nonprofit management, theological studies, and philanthropy.
