John Carroll

John Carroll has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and network engineering. John started their career as a Network Engineer at ECPI College of Technology in 1998, where they provided technical support for Microsoft Windows and Office products and managed the college's network infrastructure. John also served as an Information Security Analyst at Longwood University for thirteen years, where they advised the university on information security and PCI compliance, and developed security policies and procedures. In 2017, they joined BayCare Health System as a Network Security Analyst, playing a vital role in ensuring network security. John is currently employed as a Senior Security Analyst at Digital Hands since 2018.

John Carroll attended ECPI University from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Electronics Technology. In addition to their formal education, John has also obtained certifications, including being a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) in October 2008 and a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) in September 2007, both from GIAC.
