Robert Nyberg

Robert Nyberg has extensive experience in the gaming industry, starting with their role as HR Manager at O2 Interactive Media AB in 2000. Robert later became a Board Member at PlaygroundSquad, an education institute for game programmers, artists, and designers from 2008 to 2010. From 2006 to 2010, they served as HR Manager at Starbreeze, where they were responsible for recruitment, staff review plans, creating staff policies, staff planning, and was a member of the board of executives. Nyberg then joined Massive - A Ubisoft Studio in 2010 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and later as an HR Manager and Recruiter, contributing to the growth and appraisal process of the studio. Since 2013, Nyberg has been working at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) in various roles, including Line Manager and Design Craft Director. In their latest role, they lead and directs the design craft managers, oversees people management processes such as compensation planning, career development, succession planning, and operational process improvement.

Robert Nyberg attended Uppsala University from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued HR Management studies. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they studied Games Development at Stockholm University. Their educational background also includes attending High School from 1994 to 1997, where they focused on Trade and Economics.
