Simon Wright is the Chair and Founder of The Growth Advisor and the trademarked PREXIT™ framework, specializing in helping businesses prepare for exit. With over 25 years of experience in building, scaling, and selling enterprises, Simon currently advises numerous high-growth creative companies. Serving as Deputy Chair of Speech and Language UK, Simon supports children facing communication challenges, and also contributes to Beyond Conflict, a mental health charity. Previously, Simon held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Lloyds TSB, and various consultancy firms, while co-founding Gatehouse and Rareform London. Simon studied Retail Marketing at The Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating with a 2:1.
