John Doyle

John Doyle has a strong background in software development and Drupal architecture. John is currently serving as the President, CTO, and Drupal Architect at Digital Polygon LLC since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Bluetext starting from May 2016. From January 2016 to May 2016, John was a Senior Technical Architect at Acquia, where they provided guidance on Drupal architecture and designed complex integrations. John also worked as a Technical Architect at Acquia from June 2014 to January 2016. Before joining Acquia, John held the position of a Sr. Software Engineer at My Bridge 4 Life from 2012 to 2016. John was also a Freelance Sr. Software Engineer from 2011 to 2016, working on various software development projects. Prior to that, they were a Senior Drupal Developer at Sapient Government Services from April 2013 to June 2014 and a Drupal Developer from June 2010 to April 2013.

John Doyle received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a variety of certifications. In September 2014, they became an Acquia Certified Developer and an Acquia Certified Developer - Back End Specialist. Most recently, in April 2021, they attained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
