Ruby Dinkla has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ruby started their career in 2016 as a Google Digitale Werkplaats, where they provided online training in video production. Ruby went on to work as an Online Marketing intern at DBOM and then as an Administrative Assistant and Quality Center Agent at Emolife Field. In 2017, Ruby had roles as a Content Employee at Omnitailers B.V. and a Online Editor at Imbull.
Following that, they worked at Endouble as an Online Project Assistant and later as an Analytics Consultant and Web Analyst. In this position, they were responsible for analyzing website behavior, UX data, and recruitment processes, and presenting analysis and results to clients. Ruby also contributed to making websites more measurable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
After their time at Endouble, Ruby worked in various roles at different companies through Digital Power. These roles include Web Analysis and CRO at ANWB, Web Analyst at New Skool Media, and Digital Analyst at Eneco. Currently, Ruby works at Digital Power as a UX, CRO, and Data Analyst, providing data consultancy services to different organizations.
Ruby Dinkla's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Communicatiewetenschappen from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Mendelcollege from 2007 to 2013 and received a VWO degree in Economie & Maatschappij. In 2015 to 2016, Ruby pursued a minor in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam's Amsterdam Business School. Ruby then went on to complete a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Digital Business, at the University of Amsterdam's Amsterdam Business School from 2017 to 2018. Ruby also obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google in January 2017.
