Benjamin Wacker has over 13 years of experience in the data center industry, with more than 7 years as a Facility Manager. Currently serving as a Datacenter Operations Teamlead at Digital Realty, Benjamin oversees the facility team and is responsible for maintaining 99.99% uptime and managing customer installations and project work. In previous roles, Benjamin managed facility and engineering operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading significant projects, including the expansion of a data center and the installation of critical infrastructure. Benjamin holds multiple qualifications in information electronics from Heinrich-Emanuel-Merck-Schule Darmstadt.
