Grace King

Grace King is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary industries. They previously held roles such as Assistant Director of Outlets at Hyatt Regency DFW and Catering Sales Manager at Marriott Hotels. Grace also served as the Director of Catering and Events at COLLETTI'S, INC. and has worked in various culinary positions, including Sous Chef and Pastry Chef. Currently, Grace is engaged in contract and subscription management, serving as a Senior Manager and Business Subject Matter Expert after their role as a Contracts and Renewals Specialist at Digital Realty. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Austin and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
