John Kulesza CDCMP

John Kulesza CDCMP is a Regional Manager of Facility Engineering at Digital Realty, responsible for overseeing operational and engineering functions for the company's New Jersey portfolio. Previously, Kulesza managed multiple facilities for Verizon Wireless and held positions at Merck, including overseeing five research sites and managing operations for twelve million square feet of properties. With extensive experience in facility management across various technical environments, Kulesza focuses on driving integrity and societal contributions through their work. They also possess hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical trades, federal and state codes, and energy solutions. Currently, Kulesza is pursuing education at Temple University.
