The Digital Risk Academy (DRA)
The Digital Risk Academy (DRA) is a non-profit institution dedicated to building digital risk capability in the financial services sector. It bridges the gap between academic learning and workplace readiness by equipping graduates and early-career professionals with practical skills in regulatory risk, cybersecurity, and technology risk.

The Challenge
Financial institutions face growing regulatory complexity, evolving technology risk, and ongoing talent shortages. Traditional education often fails to provide the practical experience, commercial awareness, and leadership skills employers need.

The DRA Approach
DRA delivers practitioner-led, industry-aligned education focused on employability and career progression. Programmes are designed by senior practitioners and board-level advisors, combining academic rigour with live industry projects, UK university partnerships, and training aligned to current regulatory, cyber, and technology risk demands.

What Makes DRA Different
DRA focuses on outcomes, not just qualifications. It creates clear pathways from education to careers, with a strong emphasis on leadership, resilience, and skills tailored to real operational and regulatory challenges.

Social Impact
As a purpose-driven organisation, DRA prioritises social impact through scholarships, inclusive partnerships, and accessible learning models that broaden access to high-quality digital risk education.
