Alex Rauseo is currently the VP of Operational Excellence at Digital Science, having previously served as a Change Manager and successfully overseeing global transitions to new technologies for the organization. Prior to this, Alex worked at Wayfair as an Assistant Merchandising Manager, where they led quality assurance initiatives and collaborated on process improvements. Alex also gained experience in roles such as Account Coordinator at Feinstein Kean Healthcare and Business Development Intern at Jill's List. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies at Northeastern University.
