Anna Radford is the People Manager at Digital Science. Anna has previous experience working as an HR Advisor for Hearst Magazines UK and as a Volunteer for the Jaguar Rescue Center Foundation.

Anna has a passion for animals and has been volunteering at the Jaguar Rescue Center since July 2017. Anna provides veterinary services and round-the-clock care to animals that would otherwise be unable to survive in the rainforest or the sea of the Caribbean.

In February 2017, Anna began working as an HR Advisor for Hearst Magazines UK. In this role, they supported managers with recruitment, maintained departmental budgets, and provided support for ER matters such as redundancies, redeployment and capability concerns. Anna also collaborated with the HR department on people management such as benefit support, flexible working requests, absence management, exit interviews and career conversations.

Anna Radford has a diploma in HR management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT. Anna also has a bachelor's degree in film studies & screen practice from the University of Roehampton. For their A levels, they studied sociology (A), English literature (B), and media studies (B) at King Alfred's Sixth Form College in Wantage. Finally, they have GCSEs from Our Lady's Convent Senior School in Abingdon.
