Larry Herb

Larry Herb is the current Chief Financial Officer at Digital Science. Larry has over fifteen years of experience in providing strategic and tactical C-level services to early and growth stage companies. Their previous experience includes Interim COO/CFO at LJH Associates and CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER and FOUNDER at Clinical Insight Systems, Inc.

At LJH Associates, Herb provided strategic financial planning, accounting, raised capital, and oversaw financial modeling and reporting and related systems implementation, infrastructure and process development. At Clinical Insight Systems, they were responsible for founding the company and negotiating the acquisition of the core IP rights to the company’s software product line. Larry also developed a strategic business plan, private placement offering memorandum, and established key strategic partnerships with healthcare equipment and device companies. As CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, they were responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial and operational activities of the company.

Herb has a proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies that have resulted in profitable growth for their companies. Larry is a dynamic leader with a strong financial background that will be a valuable asset to Digital Science.
