Maxine Bryant

Maxine (Max) Bryant is an experienced professional with a diverse background in solutions consulting and change management. Currently serving as a Solutions Consultant at Digital Science and as a Change Manager for Horizons Regional Council, Maxine is overseeing the implementation of key systems including a new Financial Management Information System and an electronic content management system. Through the role at allfields, Maxine leads various digital transformation projects, including intranet migration to SharePoint and Power Platform rollouts. Previous positions include Associate Research Director Investments at AgResearch, where oversight of a substantial staff portfolio and budget was maintained, and various managerial roles at the University of Canterbury, contributing significantly to research services and program management. Maxine holds a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Canterbury.
