Svea G. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Svea started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at timecon GmbH & Co. KG in April 2016, where they worked until March 2017. Svea then joined Carl Kühne KG (GmbH & Co.) as a Human Resources Assistant from October 2017 to June 2018. Svea then moved on to Sysmex Europe, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant from July 2019 to February 2020. In March 2020, they joined May & Olde as a Personalreferentin, leaving the company in January 2021. Svea later worked at Klinikum Itzehoe as a Personalreferentin from February 2021 to April 2021. Svea's next role was at VR Bank in Holstein, where they worked as a Project support in recruiting from July 2021 to September 2021, and then as an HR-Generalist from September 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Consultant at digital vikings GmbH since April 2022.

Svea G. began their education in 2013 at Fachhochschule Westküste, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Svea completed their bachelor's degree in 2017. During their time at Fachhochschule Westküste, Svea also received training in the trial model Taxes, earning the title of Qualified Tax Clerk from John und Partner GmbH between 2013 and 2015.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Svea continued their education at Fachhochschule Westküste and pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Psychology. Svea successfully obtained their master's degree in 2020.

Svea also received the certification of a Systemischer Coach from wispo AG in May 2023. Currently, Svea is undergoing further training in a Life-Coach Weiterbildung program at Landsiedel NLP Training, although the specific completion date is unknown.
