Organizations invest millions in digital infrastructure. The human infrastructure that makes it work gets ignored.

The result is alignment debt: misaligned teams, stalled initiatives, and leaders carrying complexity their org chart never accounted for.

The Digital Wisdom Collective closes that gap.

We build the human infrastructure that keeps growth from turning into costly complexity - the shared judgment, coordination capacity, and operating orientation that technology alone cannot create.

Two paths in:
For organizations facing high-stakes transformation - ERP migrations, S/4HANA readiness, AI integration - Operational Reality Mapping is a 1-day diagnostic that surfaces the people and process gaps before they become million-dollar problems.

For leaders navigating complexity in the middle - between IT and business, between strategy and execution - The Threshold is an 8-week applied experience with the tools, frameworks, and peer room to lead with clarity when the org chart does not have your back.

Over the past two years, leaders and organizations engaging in this work have consistently reported strong returns: fewer stalled initiatives, reduced rework, and better decisions made earlier. For every dollar invested, several dollars in cost are avoided.

Founded by Barbara Wittmann, who introduced the concept of Human Infrastructure at the Global Peter Drucker Forum after 25 years inside enterprise transformations at SAP and beyond.
