Jussi Vasama

Jussi Vasama has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and software industry. Jussi is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Digital Workforce Services Plc, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at QPR Software Plc from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before their CEO roles, Jussi worked at Basware, where they held multiple positions including Chief Customer Officer, Senior Vice President of Customer Services, Vice President of Customer Services, Country Manager of Finland, Vice President of Professional Services, Vice President of Solution Services, Vice President of Post-Delivery Services, Vice President of Extended Support, and Director of Extended Professional Services. In these roles, they had responsibilities in leading and managing customer services, professional services, solution services, post-delivery services, extended support, and business operations. Jussi was also involved in strategic planning, P&L accountability, and team management.

Prior to Basware, Jussi worked at Vectia Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for acquiring new projects and managing customer relationships. Jussi had expertise in project and program management.

Jussi Vasama obtained their Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. Jussi completed their high school education at Vihdin yhteiskoulun lukio, graduating in 1993. In 2013, they attended the Hanken & SSE Executive Education program for International Management & Leadership Studies, specifically the LEAP Programme. Additionally, in April 2023, they obtained a certification in Corporate Governance and Board Work in Finland through training provided by Boardman Oy.
