Tuomo Sievilä has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tuomo started their career as a Summer Trainee at Tellabs in 2001 and later worked as a Design Engineer at the same company from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Fidenta Oy as a Systems Specialist and later became a Customer Manager. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Manager and Head of Retail Banking at Fidenta Oy, leading a business unit responsible for delivering IT services to Nordea's Retail Banking area.
In 2013, Sievilä joined Nordea and took on multiple roles. Tuomo first served as the Manager of the Retail IT Fidenta team, overseeing experts in various Retail Banking areas. Tuomo then became the Deputy Head of Processing Finland, leading ten team leads and handling processes related to loans, vault services, and debt collection. Subsequently, they were promoted to Head of Processing Corporate Finland, responsible for handling processes related to Nordea's Corporate customers. From 2015 to 2017, Sievilä served as the Strategic Partner and Robotic Process Automation Concept Owner at Nordea, driving selected initiatives to contribute to Nordea's Simplification Programme and Retail Banking Transformation.
In 2017, Sievilä joined Digital Workforce Services Plc as a Program Manager, where they helped large organizations achieve sustainable benefits with Robotic Process Automation. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Continuous Services, responsible for the company's biggest and fastest-growing business line. Currently, Sievilä holds the position of Head of Customer Operations at Digital Workforce Services Plc, leading a business line of over 140 experts and overseeing the full scope of delivery capabilities, including project services and managed services. Tuomo is also a member of the Digital Workforce Leadership Team.
Tuomo Sievilä completed their MSc degree in Telecommunications from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan between the years 1999 and 2003.
