Tabae Ludwig

Tabae Ludwig is currently working as an HR-Manager at digitalagenten GmbH since September 2025. Tabea Ludwig is an HR manager with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and process optimization. After completing her bachelor's degree in International Studies at Leiden University, she gained a wide range of practical experience at ZF Friedrichshafen – from HR assistant to independent management of the partial retirement counseling program. Thanks to her international stays abroad in Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, she brings strong intercultural skills and language skills in English and Spanish to the table. As a communicative team player with additional qualifications in Scrum, social media marketing, and conflict management, she combines structured work with empathy and commitment.
