Mike Ganci

Mike Ganci has over 8 years of professional work experience in the field of immersive technology and multimedia design. Mike started their career in 2011 as a Social Network Intern at Ourlando, followed by a Production Artist/Graphic Designer role at Stratford Pharmaceutical. In 2012, they joined LabTech Software as an eLearning Multimedia Content Specialist. In 2015, they were a Multimedia Designer at Xator Corporation, where they developed highly immersive CBT modules using the ADDIE model. In 2018, they took on Instructional Designer and Instructional Developer roles at ConnectWise and Raymond James, respectively. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Immersive Technology Director and Creative Director at DigitalCM, LLC, where they oversee the Creative department and provides 2D and 3D graphic assets, UI/UX and video production for computer-based, virtual and augmented reality training solutions.

Mike Ganci attended the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2011 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media.
