Digital Consult transform businesses and create value through digital strategy development and execution.

We believe in CUSTOMER CENTRIC, MARKET DRIVEN, AND METRICS FOCUSED AGILE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

Managing Partner Steffen Damborg is a Chief Digital Officer and digital transformation specialist with more than 10 years of experience in driving the digital agenda, building digital businesses, and changing companies towards a new agile and digital business approach.

As digital transformers we:

• earn company-wide commitment for the digital strategy
• embrace data-based experimentation
• connect with experts in the company and the broader industry
• lead comprehensively across departments and divisions
• speak multiple business languages (IT, marketing, strategy, finance)
• drive for tangible and measurable results (e.g., new revenue streams, higher efficiency, faster time to market)
• keep the strategy fresh by staying up to date with the latest innovations, changes in competition, and shifts in the market
• maintain focus on and commitment to executing the online strategy

It really boils down to understanding and acting proactively on the fast changing media habits in a customer-centric way. Consumer behavior is changing rapidly forcing businesses to apply their overall business strategy to a disrupted new normal.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
