Benji Stone

Benji Stone has extensive experience in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success (Europe) and Head of Customer Operations at DigitalGenius since December 2021. Prior to this role, Benji held the position of Customer Success Lead at Mobius Labs for a brief period in late 2021. Benji's career at DigitalGenius commenced in April 2014, where various roles were undertaken, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Product Manager, and Project Manager. Before rejoining DigitalGenius, Benji worked at Trintech as Manager of Customer Success for the Europe region from January 2019 to September 2021. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
