Chief Technology Officer at Digitalis

Christopher Delaney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Christopher started their career as a Junior Developer at Mandev International in 2000 and later worked as an AIX/Linux Developer at Halcyon Software from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, they joined HALCYON SOFTWARE LIMITED as an AIX Developer, where they converted their Python-based AIX monitoring suite to Python 3.3.

In the same year, Christopher also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Lead Software Engineer, overseeing the development of their Datacenter Infrastructure Management Tool and earning patents on the technology. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Lead Developer at Digitalis, where they designed and implemented a system for testing phishing risks and developed a Restful API toolset.

Continuing their journey, Christopher joined MyOptique Group Ltd as a Software Architect in 2018, and then returned to Digitalis in the same year as a Chief Technology Officer. As an interim CTO, they built a new development team and migrated systems to an autoscaling architecture. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at Digitalis. Finally, they also acted as a Director at Kiki Enterprises Ltd from 2006 to 2020.

Christopher Delaney attended the University of Essex from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a 2:1 BSc(hons) degree in Computer Science with a focus on Robotics & Intelligent Machines.
