Emil Petrov

Emil Petrov is an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician currently employed at BULPROS since November 2016, providing expert support in multiple languages for the Coca-Cola Hellenic project. Responsibilities include 1st line support, effective incident resolution, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, utilizing a variety of tools such as IBM Lotus Notes and SAP. Prior roles include System Administrator at SAP Labs Bulgaria, Partner Support Representative at Stemtech International, and International Freight Forwarder at Fertimšped. Emil also has translation experience with the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad and has worked as an English Teacher. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Philology from the Faculty of Business and Law, Novi Sad, Serbia.
