Hamza Mohammad Khan

Hamza Mohammad Khan is an Engineer II at DigitalOcean since September 2022, with experience as a Cloud Support Engineer at Cloudways and previously at Gaditek. At Cloudways, key responsibilities include addressing a range of technical issues for L1, L2, and L3 customers, focusing on platform-specific challenges related to WordPress, Node.js, Magento, Laravel, and Linux, as well as assisting with complex queries and mentoring junior staff. Additionally, Hamza has a background in ERP processes from an internship at Karachi University, where data management and documentation were key tasks. Hamza holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Karachi University.
