Matt Steinfort

Matt is DigitalOcean’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading and scaling the company’s global finance organization. He offers more than 30 years of financial operations, general management, corporate strategy & development and consulting experience along with entrepreneurial and startup expertise.

Prior to DigitalOCean, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer at Zayo Group, where he oversaw all finance and strategy functions including corporate strategy & development, FP&A, IR, accounting and treasury. Before his time at Zayo, Matt was a founder of SaaS provider Envysion, where he also served as President and CEO.

Matt received a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering and operations research from Princeton University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
