Thomas Punch serves as the CEO of Avalon, a private investment firm focused on strategic acquisitions in technology and real estate, and is also the CEO of Lightyears.dev, a product builder. Notable investments include roles as an investor in Series B at Mercury and Series C at DigitalOcean. Previously, Thomas held the position of Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at WatchMojo, an online video company known for its extensive viewer engagement. As an advisor at Real Ventures, Thomas supported venture-backed technology companies, while also co-founding and leading Petty Thieves, an early internet video company. Thomas began a career in quantitative research at Kantar, utilizing advanced analytical methods.
