Michelle Bender

Michelle Bender, ABOC, is an experienced manager in the optical and retail industries, currently serving as the Manager of Client Experience & Communications at DigitalOptometrics since June 2023. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles, including Regional Manager at Shopko Optical, where responsibility encompassed supporting 22 locations, and Sr. Regional Sales Manager at Luxottica, overseeing operations for 125 Sears Optical sites. Additional roles included Territory Director for Visionworks of America and Regional Sales Manager positions at both Luxottica and Zale, contributing to substantial annual sales and employee development. Michelle holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the College of Southern Idaho.
