Thomas Butman

Thomas Butman has worked in the software engineering and clinical research industries since 2007. Thomas began their career at Allergan Pharmaceuticals as a Study Management Associate, where they were responsible for assisting Global and Regional Study Managers in executing clinical studies, verifying investigator and site staff compliance with study protocol, and verifying CRF/eCRF data. Thomas was later promoted to Study Management Associate, Asst and Clinical Project Assistant, where they provided administrative assistance in document preparation and tracking, maintained patient recruitment logs, and coordinated and distributed re-supplies to all sites. In 2016, Thomas joined DigitalPay as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed digital payments that give customers and vendors unprecedented choice to receive money in their preferred financial network.

Thomas Butman began their educational journey in 2002 when they attended Southern Methodist University and studied English Language and Literature, General until 2006. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from National University. Thomas then obtained a CCRA Certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in October 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Irvine Valley College and studied Computer Science. Finally, in 2015, they attended MakerSquare - School of Software Engineering and studied Full-Stack Web Development.
