Lisa Marcus has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Lisa began their career in 2004 as a Server/Wine Buyer at Saucebox. In 2008, they moved on to become Manager at Le Pigeon. In 2011, they took on two roles simultaneously, becoming Field Producer for Chef Cathy Whims at Nostrana and CEO/Founder of DigitalPour. At DigitalPour, Lisa developed software to help Restaurants, Bars, Tap Houses, and Growler Stations provide retail customers with timely information about their beer and wine offerings and promote customer engagement via social media. Lisa also created the Dashboard, a dynamic display of information about available Beers and Wines including realtime keg level, appropriate glassware and pricing.

Lisa Marcus has completed educational programs with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust and the University of Massachusetts, North Adams, where they studied Psychology.
