Linus Askenäs has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Linus started their career at Siemens as a Business Controller in 2004 and later held positions as a Project Controller and Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Nokia Siemens Networks as an Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager - International Business Development.
In 2012, Askenäs moved to Comptel where they initially worked as a Key Account Manager before being promoted to Head of Nordic and Baltic. Linus held this role until 2018 when they joined Nokia as the Head of Nordics, Baltics & Benelux, Nokia Software.
Since 2019, Askenäs has been working at DigitalRoute, initially as the Global Business Development Director and, as of 2021, as the Global 5G Monetization Strategy Director.
Linus Askenäs completed their high school education at Liverpool High School in New York, from 1998 to 1999. Linus then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Uppsala University from 2000 to 2004.
