Alex Heidt

Alex Heidt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Burdeshaw Associates since April 2015, Alex leads a premier consulting firm with a roster of over 700 retired military and executive professionals. As the founder of The Heidt Law Firm since October 2002, Alex specializes in legal counsel regarding government contracts and acquisitions. Additionally, Alex holds the position of Senior Executive Officer at both DIGITALSPEC - A Native Hawaiian Organization and Island Empire Technology Systems, as well as having previously served as Senior Vice President at Alion Science and Technology, overseeing US and international Navy operations. Prior roles include senior leadership positions at Harris Corporation and Lockheed Martin, managing significant business development, strategic growth, and operational responsibilities. Alex holds a JD/MA in Finance from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Strayer University.
