Diederik Bots

Diederik Bots has extensive work experience in the field of e-commerce and digital solutions. In 2005, they worked as a .NET developer at Jaga, where they later became the project leader for the company's new worldwide website. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a project manager for Open Vld, managing and developing their website. In 2012, they joined Bose Corporation as the Program & Engagement Manager for Bose Europe, responsible for client relationship management and project execution. Diederik later became the IT Manager for Digital Delivery Europe, overseeing the delivery and management of digital solutions. In 2018, Bots founded Digitalum, where they serve as the CEO, specializing in the development and maintenance of omnichannel shopping experiences using Adobe Experience Cloud and SAP Commerce/CX.
