Mark Dolan

Mark Dolan has been working in the field of Avaya voice implementation, administration, maintenance, and support since at least October 1997. Mark held the position of Avaya Senior Field Engineer at DigitalWell since October 2020, and at BT Ireland from June 2001 to September 2020. Additionally, Mark also served as Avaya Engineering Manager at BT Ireland, overseeing the Avaya Voice team and being involved in various roles such as design, sales support, and project management. Prior to their time at BT Ireland, Mark worked as a Technical Support Specialist and a Telecomms Field Engineer at Calyx (ITG) where Mark provided tech support, installation, maintenance, and administration of various PBX and call center solutions.
